Doing business with us

Late Cancelation 

If you need to cancel your appointment please ensure you do so within 48 hours before your scheduled time slot. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a fee equivalent to half of the scheduled service total. This fee is due at the time of cancellation and must be paid in full before rescheduling or scheduling any future appointments. 

Same Day Cancelation or No Call / No Show

Any cancelation made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service total.  This fee is due at the time of the cancelation and must be paid in full before rescheduling or scheduling any future appointments.

Fleas

We are proud to offer a flea free environment at Feline Fresh. If fleas are found on your pet during their appointment, the grooming process will be stopped and they will need to be picked up immediately. The full cost of the appointment will be due regardless of the degree of completion which was reached. An additional $50 environmental cleaning fee will also be added. In order to avoid this situation, we strongly suggest keeping your pet on the year round flea treatment recommended by your veterinarian,
