Doing business with us

Late Cancelation 

If you need to cancel your appointment please ensure you do so within 48 hours before your scheduled time slot. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a fee equivalent to half of the scheduled service total. This fee is due at the time of cancellation and must be paid in full before rescheduling or scheduling any future appointments. 

Same Day Cancelation or No Call / No Show

Any cancelation made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service total.  This fee is due at the time of the cancelation and must be paid in full before rescheduling or scheduling any future appointments.

Fleas

We are proud to offer a flea free environment at Feline Fresh. If fleas are found on your pet during their appointment, the grooming process will be stopped and they will need to be picked up immediately. The full cost of the appointment will be due regardless of the degree of completion which was reached. An additional $50 environmental cleaning fee will also be added. In order to avoid this situation, we strongly suggest keeping your pet on the year round flea treatment recommended by your veterinarian, 

Positive Grooming

At Feline Fresh we pride ourselves on providing a safe and positive grooming experience for your feline friends. If our groomer determines it is unsafe for your pet and/or our staff to continue grooming during their visit we reserve the right to stop the appointment at that time and request that your pet is picked up as soon as possible to eliminate any further stress to your feline friend. We will gladly discuss with you how to set your pet up for success moving forward with their grooming needs. In these cases, a minimum fee of $35 will be charged at the time of pickup to account for our groomer's time, knowledge, and efforts.
